The following rules are for your enjoyment and that of other guests. We hope they will ensure you have a pleasant stay at our campsite.

Campsite hosts are members of the local community association and work on a rolling schedule for the season. 
Our campsite is not staffed.
The campsite hosts are on call and can be reached by telephone on 076-814 66 70.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact them in the first instance.

Rules and regulations

  • Camping fees, see separate note on the notice board.
  • The following pitches are available for overnight guests, for shorter or longer stays. Pitches 14, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 35. The pitches are available if they are not booked, see the mark on the electricity pole. If in doubt, contact the campsite host. (NB! Pitch 33 has no electricity)
    Pitch 14 is just below the service building, pitch 35 is far down towards the lake on the east side of the service building. Spaces 28, 29 and 30 are on the east side of the service building, and spaces 31–33 are on the field in front of Bygdegården. You can choose for yourself!
  • Adapters for electrical outlets are available to borrow; contact the campsite host.
  • Camping fees are preferably paid via Swish (see the notice board for the QR code) or directly to the campsite manager. It is also possible to pay via PayPal.
  • We only accept Swedish kronor (SEK).
  • Toilets, showers, washing-up facilities and hand washing facilities are available in and around the service building.
  • Waste disposal: Bins for household waste and food waste are located at the storage building on the other side of the gravel road and at the dishwashing area, service building. 
    Glass, paper/cardboard, tin cans, batteries, furniture, barbecues and similar waste must be taken to the municipal recycling station/centre. There is a recycling station in Uddheden and a recycling centre in Sunne or Torsby.

  • Latrine and grey water must be emptied directly into the latrine station. It is strictly forbidden to empty latrine and grey water into the toilets.
  • IMPORTANT! 4 m free space around each caravan/motorhome. Safety distance in accordance with the decision of the emergency services.
  • Camping tables are available on the field in front of Bygdegården.
  • A barbecue area is available at the beach below the campsite. Firewood available at the barbecue area may be used by campsite guests.
  • Please be considerate; we want everyone to enjoy their stay with us. Therefore, we would like to remind you that between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., quiet hours are in effect on the campsite.
  • It is not permitted to walk dogs or allow dogs to run loose on the campsite, including the bathing area.
  • Please help us keep the campsite clean and free of litter. Leave the common areas and the cottage as you would like to find them yourself.
  • Hedås Bygdeförening is not responsible for damage to or loss of campsite guests' property.
  • Camping guests are responsible for any damage that may occur at the parking area and service building. Camping guests may be liable for compensation.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the common areas and in the small cottage.
  • Only one car per camping pitch is allowed. Visitors' vehicles must be parked outside the area, by the storage building on the other side of the gravel road.

We open on Monday of week 20 and close on Sunday of week 35.
